I get a stinging pain under both of my feet. Its like a bunch of needles went in all of a sudden. I never had any injuries to my feet nor have diabetes. The pain comes almost from the middle of my bottom feet. I only get that pain when I walk but not all the time. I get it all of a sudden and lasts like 4 seconds. The pain is slowly getting worse.

Don’t worry, I know exactly your problem. Have the same thing myself. Some people (like myself) have naturally flat feet. Our arch in our foot isn’t naturally very “arched”. Do you wear shoes that have a flat bottom, or do they have a bit of an arch? If you wear shoes with less arch support, you may need orthodics. There is nothing wrong with them, lots of people have naturally flat feet. Just pay a visit to your local drug store and find an orthodic to insert into your flat-bottomed shoe. After a week or two, the pain should start to subside. For now (or until you can get orthodics) wear shoes that have arch support wherever you go, even wear them around your house. I am 99.99% sure that this is your problem. Contact me with any problems!
You need to see a doctor before you ruin your feet. We aren’t doctors, and asking for medical advise from strangers online isn’t a good idea.
It could be plantar fasciitis, if you’ve been walking more than usual, or changed your walking shoes; fibromyalgia; a symptom of diabetes; or some other neurological issue. My husband got a sharp foot pain; it turned out to be a Morton’s neuroma. He had been walking more, and his shoes weren’t supportive enough for the extra exercise. I get plantar fasciitis- I just cool it with walking up hills, massage my feet, and things calm down after a few days. If you’re symptoms don’t decrease, or if they worsen, I suggest you see a podiatrist.
