Why am i constantly getting a sore throat? what is wrong with me?

What does mean when someone is constantly getting a sore throat? is my immune system that weak? can a doctor please tell me. thank you.

When I get them a lot my allergies are acting up. It is from the post nasal draining. I take my allergy meds, and BAM! no more sore throat.
