Sometimes, when I wake up or stretch during the day, I get lightheaded and then I can’t feel most things. My eyes stay open, then black closes in and I can’t see or feel myself breathe for about 3 seconds, then it clears up, and I gasp for air. At one time I did pass out from such things, of which I fell on my computer chair, and woke up a few seconds later with an “mysterious” pain on my back because I had fallen on the chair. I take a generic form of Concerta for my ADHD and take Benadryl at night for my horrible allergies. Anyone know what’s happening? And why? Thanks, in advance.

See, this comment is probably going to help nobody, especially you, but the same thing happens to me in the morning and I don’t know why. It actually stopped when I started drinking more water and getting more sleep. I don’t know if that helps to get rid of it, but I’m curious to know what it is too.
I have this too. Nothing to be concerned about, it’s just because you’ve been sitting or laying around.
Oml the same thing happens to me ;-; It seems to be really common to happen to people. Anyways… I think it may be because either you need something to eat or drink, or you sit/stand up too fast. If it happens when you have just woken up, that is most likely the cause.
I’d go see a doctor because the next time you fall, you might fall on something sharp and give yourself a concussion and break that computer! What if you black out in the bathtub? Do you really want someone to find you naked in the tub passed out?
i used to have it when i was younger but it went away within a few years. Its pretty normal i guess, since so many people have it or have had it. Get more rest, drink lots of fluids, have a good diet, and dont get up so quickly.
