I had the same thing, I might be able to help you, do you sit alot maybe on computers or anything? (Any medications?) My stabbing back pains are gone by the way. sitting is a huge cause from pain like this, from having your back in just one position a big portion of the day.

okay, i won’t tell you that it’s unhealthy, but let me tell you this: starving doesn’t work, i’ve tried it for about a year. i remember eating very little each day, and you know what happens? your body thinks you’re starving, and takes every single calorie and tries to store it, because it thinks you’re starving to death.
