You shouldnt have to suffer it out. they can give you something for the pain, itch& redness….I forget the name~ but I think its dovenex….dad had it 10 years ago and this cream/ lotion helped sooth his red hot back and sides. might even has something better nowadays. please go and take care of yourself:)

Unless you’re in your 60’s, you *probably* don’t have shingles. If you are a teenager who had the chicken pox immunization, it is highly unlikely that you have shingles. If you are in your 60’s or older, it could be shingles. See a doctor.

Yes, it’s painful so go get meds. I got them in aug in az while it was 115 out in the middle of a move & I wasn’t in my 60’s. I first thought I had a bad heat rash & then heat stroke.
