Taking them as directed is not 100%. So if you miss one use another form.
No BC is 100%, pregnancy can occur even when taken correctly.
Since you missed a pill you should use a condom or find another BC alternative.
If you miss one pill in a cycle, you will probably not have to worry about it for the next 9 months or so.
If you miss even one and have unprotected sex you risk getting pregnant as soon as the medication in your system weakens. The med level has to be maintained at a fairly precise level to be satisfactorily effective
