I was just wondering if I am fat for a 17 year old guy 5’6 125 lbs? (picture below) Either way I’m not quite satisfied with how I look. What would you suggest doing to lose weight the fastest?

I don’t think you need to lose weight but I know what you mean. maybe you just need to tone up some by lifting weights or something.

I didn’t pull up your picture, but at 5’6″ and 125 you aren’t overweight. Maybe you should just find some exercises to tone up.
