My second guess is that you slouch when you sit. You should roll your hips forward so that your spine is straightened, commonly called “sit up straight”. bad! because if you have any and I mean any addictive qualities, in your life now, I promise you, you will be smoking a pack a day before you reach your next birthday. Its like any other drug. You will crave more make excuses for a pack a day. so on and so on. unless you are a robot and have no other vices and think you have control to limit your smoking, why bother, its not cool anymore. its stupid.
