Am I allergic to Glutens or i it just my stomach?

Please help, I need help or advice from anyone who has dealt with this problem before so it has been a few months and I’ve been feeling Bloated a lot, when I go to sleep, when I wake up, or when I’m in school! I’ve had to! miss school due to my stomach problems.

I don’t think its a specific food type, but every time I eat something, a couple hours go by and I’m running off to the bathroom.

I seriously can’t take it anymore, it has stopped me from doing lots of things, and I just need your help or advice!

I’ve been to the doctor and they say nothing is wrong, but I believe that is Be, a normal person doesn’t have that many stomach problems every day!

thanks for your help

Gluten sensitivity is like Celiac disease. They have to go in endoscoptly and take a sample of your Celia in your intestine in order to be truly diagnosed. (if my understanding is correct.)

Start a food diary, record the time you eat or drink, and exactly what it was. Record when you have the stomach problem. Do this everyday for at least4 weeks, You will eventually find out if it which food(s) are causing it, might be fat, dairy, wheat, or ???
Then take the diary to your doctor and show it to them.

There are allot of possible symptoms, and because you might be 1 of 5 people in the world with some weird and unique symptom that no one else has when they eat gluten. The most common symptoms relate to your gut: bloating, gas, discomfort, poor digestion etc…

But there is something that does work: the elimination diet. The idea is simple: stop eating all foods with even the slightest amount of gluten in them for about a month and see if you get better. If you do, try eating gluten and see if you get worse. This may sound crude but it works, not only that, it really is the only test that works.

You honestly may just have a sensitive stomach. You said you’d seen a doctor? Have you tried a specialist? Obviously something is wrong and sometimes doctors get it wrong because they’re not in your place.
