I’m 13 and I have pollen allergies.

I go to school and they are there during class too. How do I relieve them?

I am in band as well so I can’t be stopping in the middle of songs to sneeze.

Eat a table spoon of locally made honey everyday. Your body will build a tolerance to the pollen. It has to be local honey. Check with you local health food store. Not GNC or other chain store. A florist would be a good start.

Zyrtec or Claritin. They both work good for allergies.

Try some allergy medicine. Claritin and Zyrtec are pretty popular, and work well.
