To replenish and hydrate your body. A 100 cups of water a day and you will drown yourself. You need approximately 8 8oz glasses a day, depending on various factors. Like sports and exercise, then you probably would need more.
Simply put, without access to any water a human will eventually die. As far a one hundred cups of water, you need to explain that portion of your question just a bit further so we can answer properly.
Humans need to drink water to survive. Your body is approximately 60 percent water, your brain is 70 percent water, and your lungs are nearly 90 percent water. Each day, your body must replace 2.4 liters – or about 2.5 quarts of water – through ingested liquid and foods
You don’t drink 100 glasses a day, 8 will be fine.
Water is required for metabolism. But too much water can cause a serious medical condition. It is generally suggest that everyone should drink at least 2 litres or 8 cups of water per day. But this is a minimum figure, physical exertion, being ill, being exposed to heat, or other factor may make drinking more necessary. 100 cups though would be dangerous. And could kill someone if they tried. That’s about 23.7 litres or 6.25 gallons. I suggest you stick to 2 litres per day or more if you feel thirsty.
We need water because our bodies are around 72 percent water and need to maintain that level for optimum health and function. Dehydration causes our bodies to malfunction. But 100 cups per day? No way!!! You can actually overdose on water!
On a normal day when you aren’t exercising or otherwise sweating excessively you need about 8 – 10 eight ounce cups of non-caffeine, non-alcohol liquid per day, preferably plain water. If you are sweating pr peeing a lot you need a little more. But nowhere near 100 cups. Youll make yourself seriously ill with that much water.
If you don’t drink water, you will shrivel up, fall over into the floor, and die.
Your family will wait a few hours for your body to get dry enough to be swept into the recycling bag, and then you go off to the recycling plant with the fireplace ashes and the leaves.
