If you talking about long term anxiety as you almost have everyday about everything, you need to find the bottom line of the cause, & the anxiety in long terms comes from Being unsecured in life,home,education or work environment,lack of confident, or fear, try to find the cause of yours & heal it through by time.
But if you are talking about anxiety in short terms, for a special event who is on the line.
You need to do anything on your favorite to distract yourself from the course.
I can’t strongly suggest anything cause it’s up to you, for example myself, I listen to music & there’s only one band who can calm me down, or talking to someone i’m so clos to, it can be, reading books, watching movies, taking a walk around & get fresh air, hanging with friends, playing video games, & Thinking positive, creating positive results from anything in your mind. & please never ever use medication, it will only makes you worse, (PLEASE DON’T) it’s all side effects through your health & will just make you worse, NO MEDICATION.

Well whenever I have something in mind I do it and I don’t really care what people think.

Do what you love or something to take your mind off things. Read a book or watch a movie. Hang out with friends, play a game or listen to music.

Meditation, therapy, a cup of tea, a walk through the woods, some alone time, etc. Find your own sort of “creative therapy” to help you calm down. I’ve always been very introverted, so talking to people I don’t know and being in public situations can make me hysterical. Lately I came to the realization that all my anxiety spawned from my fear of being judged. After getting over a two year state of depression I realized I can’t keep wasting my life like that. So for me it was an inner realization that I need to come to my senses that it doesn’t matter what others think of me. Best of luck to you, and remember, it’s up to you to get over this.

When i got some creepy feelings i try to think about death which make my heart beat more fast.I seek forgiveness from ALLAH (GOD) listen to Quran. This is helpful for me, if not then i get up and drink lemon juice.

Music really helps me… I always turn on a playlist of my favorite songs and try to take deep breaths. Music really is the best medicine.
