As someone else said, might be diet. Usually fast food, or greasy foods, oily foods, deep fried, sodas, etc. basically anything unhealthy can be the cause. People who dont drink enough water and dont get enough physical activity usually have this problem. I also heard that some peoples liver has a hard time clearing toxins out of their body so they get out through their pores, causing their skin oils to smell. I know this cause when i was younger i had a really mild case like this and my chin smelled weird. Take Milk Thistle pills for around 4 months (they are natural pills so they take some time for you to see some improvement) they help your liver clear your body of toxins. Have a healthy diet, drink a lot of water, keep showering and wearing deodorant, play sports, take those natural pills and i bet your problem will go away in a couple of months.
I had the same problem once it ended up being my deodorant now I use a stronger deodorant but the one I get is about $10 use body spray or make sure your clean
