You could try some Pepto Bismol or Emetrol if you have it. Or if you have anything like Phenergan, Zofran, or Compazine you could try one of them. If you’re under 18, ask your mom or dad before taking any medications. They know your medical history. I do not.
You can also try slowly eating some soda crackers and sipping ginger ale.
Sometimes the best thing is to just throw up and get it over with, then you will most likely feel better. Your body is telling you that it needs to expel something when you feel this way.
A heating pad may also help with the stomach ache.

Ginger ale and saltine crackers. They’ve never failed me, and saved my sister-in-law during her bouts of morning sickness.

Do you have any anti-nausea medications like gravol? If so, take one. If not, try some baking soda in water, or add a piece of ginger, or a sprinkle of ground ginger to a cup of black tea.

Thee are a half dozen organs that can cause a vague pain that you would call a belly ache and only a doctor can figure out which one. The nausea indicates that this is more serious than just heartburn. You need professional help.
