To shrink fat cells you need a combination of diet and exercise. Try to eliminate a lot of fatty foods from your diet, but make sure you only cut out what you can maintain once you’ve lost your desired amount of weight.

losing fat: the only ways you can lose fat is eat healthy no junk food, pop, etc….eat lots of veggies, chicken, fruits etc….and exercise its how i lost 50lbs in like 8 months plus gain strength
